Refund policy

All Whiskd products are made fresh, in small batches, and are 100% perishable. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

Perishable Items (All Products)

Because every item is perishable, Whiskd does not accept returns under any circumstances. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 2 hours, preparation may have begun, and cancellations may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Pickup & Delivery

If a pickup window or delivery attempt is missed, the order is considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. A new order will need to be placed.

Custom Orders

Custom and large‑batch orders require a non‑refundable deposit. If canceled after production has started, the deposit and any completed product are non‑refundable.

Allergies & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. Whiskd is not liable for allergic reactions.
